At Crown & Raine, each appointment is carefully reserved just for you. We value your time — and that of our stylists and therapists — and appreciate your understanding when it comes to scheduling changes.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service total.
This policy ensures our team is properly compensated for their time and allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest on our waitlist.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining appointment time.
However, please note:
Services may be shortened or adjusted to fit the available time.
The full amount of the originally scheduled service will still apply.
Guest Experience & Service Policies
To help ensure a seamless and elevated experience:
Arrive 15 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
Complete your intake forms before your appointment — this allows your therapist to review your scalp and hair needs in advance.
Schedule scalp treatments prior to color services. We recommend waiting at least two weeks after color before booking a scalp treatment.
We do not service tape-in extensions.
