Crown and Raine Cancellation and Late Policy

At Crown & Raine, our appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and plans may need to change, but we kindly ask for consideration of our team’s time and schedule.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total.

This policy ensures our stylists and therapists are compensated for their time and allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time. However, we reserve the right to modify or shorten the service to fit the remaining time while still charging the full amount of the originally booked service.
